Jardine Crane Hire buys trade and assets of Beck and Pollitzer Northern Crane hire business

Following the opening of its operation in Manchester, Jardine Crane Hire has bought the trade and assets of the northern operation of Beck and Pollitzer's crane hire division.
The fleet of truck and all terrain cranes and their drivers, along with the hire desk staff have transferred just a few miles up the road to the Jardine depot in Chadderton. Commenting on the acquisition, Peter Cosgrove, Chairman of the Group said ' This move strengthens our presence in the area and enables us to serve an increasing geographic footprint in line with our strategic objectives for our crane division, as well as bringing a stronger customer base.'
